Trikes are perfect for rides on paved roads and only some gravel roads. 

The Scorpion fs 26 Enduro tries to break this up. It is made for slightly less good roads. The large 26 inch rear wheel makes the trike stable and the suspension makes it comfortable even on uneven terrain. 

Make no mistake: Trikes are no mountain bikes! They are wider and that will have its shortcomings. Plus, the suspension is less strong than a mountain bike suspension. 

So far, I went on several forest and gravel roads, but never really off-road. The roots that cross forest paths make this already difficult Already on forest roads that has some roots riding a trike is challenging. 

Another point: the chain of a trike is much lower than the chain of a mountain bike. Hence, it is more likely that grass and other things get entangled in the chain. You will have to clean the chain of your trike regularly.
